Mentors

CenCal works with local community-based organizations, civic groups and churches within each community to identify and train mentor candidates. Each mentor is required to complete a 20 hour training program, fingerprinting process and a TB Test before they are assigned to a student, school, or program.

Our pool of male and female mentors have real life experiences, have overcome hardships, have professional careers, and are positive role models.

Each mentor has committed a minimum one year to our program.
